You approve the price before anything starts
Scope and cost are fixed in writing. If the scope changes later, we quote that change and wait for your answer. No invoice should ever be a surprise.
You talk to the person building it
There's no account manager relaying messages. The person you brief in week one is the person writing the code in week four.
Everything is registered in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics, the code itself. If you ever want to leave, you take all of it with you and nothing needs our permission.
You can edit the site yourself
You get a walkthrough and written notes at handover. Changing your opening hours or adding a photo shouldn't require paying anyone.
Australian hours, Australian dollars
We work AEST, so you can call during your own business day and speak to someone who already knows your project.
Quotes are in AUD and inclusive of all applicable taxes, which means the number you approve is the number you pay. Hosting sits on infrastructure with Australian regions, and where your site collects customer details we set it up to meet the Australian Privacy Principles.
