Five stages, and what you get at each one.
RHIVE is new, so this page isn't going to be padded out with someone else's logos. What we can show you is the method. Every stage has an output you can hold us to, and you sign off on each one before the next begins.
If a stage doesn't produce what we said it would, you don't pay for the next one. Most website projects run five to eight weeks start to finish.
What happens
A working session about your customers, what you sell and what the site has to achieve. We go through your current site, three competitors, and where your enquiries come from today.
What you get
A written brief and a fixed quote, with no obligation to continue.
How long
About a week.
What happens
We map every page, what sits on it and in what order, then plan the words. Structure gets settled before anything is drawn, because moving a box is cheap and moving a page is not.
What you get
A page-by-page plan and wireframes you sign off.
How long
About a week.
What happens
Two visual directions for the home page. One gets chosen and extended across every template. You see phone layouts at the same time as desktop, not afterwards.
What you get
Approved designs for every page type, plus a short set of brand rules if you don't already have them.
How long
One to two weeks.
What happens
We build it, load your content and test on real devices. You get a private link from week one and a short demo every Friday, so nothing arrives as a reveal at the end.
What you get
A finished site on a staging link, with speed and accessibility checks passed.
How long
Two to four weeks.
What happens
We move it live, redirect the old links so you keep your search rankings, connect analytics and show you how to edit it. Then we watch it closely for a month.
What you get
A live site, a handover pack, and 30 days of fixes included. Ongoing care is optional and monthly.
How long
A day, then ongoing.
What we build with
We're taking on three founding clients
A reduced rate on the build. In return, once it's live we write it up as a case study and you give us an honest reference.
If the finished work isn't good enough for us to want it on the site, we don't ask you for either. That's the whole arrangement, and it's why we can only do it three times.
